Seventy Irish tourism organizations – incorporating the Bush Hotel in Carrick-On-Shannon – are joining Tourism Ireland at World Travel Market (WTM) in London this week. WTM marks the start of Ireland’s special drive abroad for the 2018 season.

Over the three days, the Irish organizations will participate in a huge number of gatherings with British and universal tour administrators – to arrange and trade fundamental contracts for 2018. Coordinators evaluate that practically £3 billion’s (about €3.4 billion’s) worth of business was done finally at last year’s WTM. Ireland’s solid particicpation at World Travel Market is especially critical this year, with regards to Brexit and its suggestions for Irish tourism, in 2018 and in years to come.
